The sage in his anger considered this to be disrespectful and cursed the lady to live alone and be separated from Lord Krishna for the rest of her life. The stunning sun temple was erected in the 11th century by the ruler King Bhimdev. The stunning beauty of the temple lies in the fact that the Surya chakra at the top shines twice in adat during sunrise and sunset.
